Dr. Nurse Carole® offers compassionate, convenient, safe, secure and affordable tele-psychiatry (defined below). Dr. Nurse Carole® is a Vanderbilt University doctorate prepared nurse practitioner. Additionally, she is a board-certified family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), a certified adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner (AGNP-C), a certified addiction registered nurse-advance practice nurse practitioner (CARN-AP) and a licensed professional counselor (LPC). Please note that the LPC is only in Missouri.
Dr. Nurse Carole ® provides compassionate, safe, secure, affordable & quality mental health care at your convenience within the comfort of your own home via secure video (computer, pad, or smart phone) sessions. Starting on Mondays 9 AM – 7 PM CST January 11, 2020 will start providing quality and affordable care.

What is Tele-psychiatry?

Telepsychiatry is the practice of psychiatry conducted via a 2-way, secure video conference connection. A live video connection is established between the Dr. Nurse Carole® who is capable to assess, diagnose, plan your compassionate care, implement your individualized plan (medication & counseling) and evaluate your positive outcome in the safety of your own home.

However, if you are an established patient, Dr. Nurse Carole will develop an individualized action plan to manage suicidal or homicidal thoughts. Additionally, Dr. Nurse Carole will provide you compassionate support and instill hope when there seems to be no hope!
  • We do not offer psychiatric evaluations for disability or workers compensation.
  • DNC may be prohibited from prescribing controlled substances via telehealth visits without a prior established in-person visit. (Some exceptions are currently in place during the Covid-19 emergency as determined by DEA regulations).
  • Dr. Nurse Carole® doesn’t prescribe Xanax due to the high risk of addiction and the severe side-effects.
